Choi Lan happened to be having lunch at the same restaurant as Australia Hong De members were having a break in between performances. We were asked to do an impromptu performance for him, which we were happy to oblige. Choi Lan is a food critique on Hong Kong television and he was leading a gourmet food tour of Melbourne during Chinese New Year. He dotted their new Futsan lion for us that night at Shoya restaurant.
